Refund policy

I want you to love your Issy White jewellery. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

 

Return Window 

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.

 

Conditions for Return

  • Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition.

  • Items must be in the original Issy White packaging.

  • Exclusions: Made-to-Order or Bespoke items are non-refundable as they are created specifically for you.

 

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact me at issy@issywhite.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, I will provide the return shipping address.

  3. Please send the item/s back using a tracked/insured service, as I cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
