Silver Birch ring - 9ct gold

This 9ct gold band is cast directly from the bark of a Silver Birch tree. Its 7mm surface reproduces the bark's smooth character and horizontal lenticels – the distinctive pores that help the tree to breathe.

The simple band shape keeps the fine, linear pattern at the centre of the design. It can be worn on its own, stacked with other rings, or used as a wedding band.
