Acorn necklace - silver

This silver acorn represents one of the early ideas that shaped Issy’s approach to jewellery-making. She began experimenting with casting objects found outdoors, discovering how the process could carry their natural forms and tactile details directly into precious metal.

Issy found the original acorn in Epping Forest and cast it in recycled sterling silver. The casting captures everything from the intricate texture of its cup to the smooth, gently pointed form of the nut itself, preserving the character of the natural object in a simple pendant.
