English Oak cuff - silver

Deep cracks, fissures and rugged contours run across the 10mm surface of this silver cuff, creating a richly tactile piece that carries the weathered character of English Oak bark around the wrist.

The cuff takes its texture and irregular edges directly from a fragment of bark foraged by Issy. She casts the natural form in recycled sterling silver, then shapes and finishes it into a sculptural cuff, polishing the inside to create a smooth surface against the skin while retaining the organic detail of the bark on the outside.
