Hawthorn band - silver

This 4mm silver band is cast directly from the bark of a Hawthorn tree, reproducing its dense, undulating surface in recycled precious metal.

The flowing texture gives the ring an organic irregularity without the deep cracks associated with more fissured bark like English Oak. The band’s form respects the natural flows of the texture, allowing the surface’s character to express itself fully.
