Wide Silver Birch ring - silver

This wide silver ring is cast directly from Silver Birch bark. At 10mm wide, the band gives the bark's subtle pattern a broad surface. A natural break in the centre of the bark brings negative space to the design.

The result is a substantial textured ring with an organic character and a simple, contemporary form.
